Short description of the project:

​In 2022, the contract for the “Reconstruction of Balatonfenyves railway station and accessibility of the platform” was signed, which is the contracted task of HOMLOK Construction Ltd. as the general contractor.

The main technical content of the project:

  • renovation of the entire station building, rebuilding the interior of the building
  • modernisation of building services and electrical systems
  • reconstruction of the station forecourt: creation of barrier-free parking spaces, bicycle storage
  • construction of a 360 m long high platform of SK+55 cm alongside track I.
  • the installation of a modern passenger information system with associated telecommunications and security equipment
  • arrangement of pedestrian surfaces and related green areas

Based on the plans, construction started in the spring of 2023, and according to the contract, the full technical content will be completed by the end of December 2023.

The project is being implemented by Homlok Építőipari Ltd., using EU funds and with the support of the Hungarian State, within the tender frame of the Integrated Transport Development Operational Programme.

Projekt rövid ismertetése:
   

Látogatóközponttal és kilátóval gazdagodik Magyarország egyik leghíresebb fürdővárosa. A projekt célja a települési arculat koncepcionális, egységes szemléleten alapuló fejlesztésének megvalósítása.

A látogatóközpont alapterülete 1500 négyzetméter, a többfunkciós épületet vasbeton csarnokszerkezet alkotja majd. A 15 méter magas kilátó egyedi acél vázszerkezettel épül meg, melynek kivitelezése a közbeszerzési eljárás eredményeként megkötött vállalkozási szerződés alapján a Homlok Zrt. feladata.
