Brief description of the project:

Robert Bosch Ltd. is establishing a new R&D site in Zalaegerszeg at the ZalaZone Smartfield. According to the signed contract, Homlok Plc. will be responsible for the construction of the office building, workshop and other facilities, as well as the preparation of the licensing and export plans and the obtaining of the necessary permits for the research-development and testing complex.

The property will consist of the following elements:

– Two-storey office building of approx. 2000 m2

– A workshop hall of approximately 1500 m2

– Closed courtyard with approx. 20 parking spaces

– Green area around the buildings

– Approx. 80-100 parking spaces around the building, inside the fence

New facilities must be built as turnkey projects, incorporating top-quality equipment and building services, as well as sustainable and environmentally friendly architecture.

According to the plans, the construction will be divided into construction zones. The actual construction started in autumn 2022, with the full technical content to be completed by the end of December 2023 according to the contract.
