Construction of an outdoor sports pool and a utility building in Csongrád

Short description of the project:

According to the service contract concluded in October 2021, Homlok Zrt. is responsible for the implementation of the project involving the “Construction of an outdoor sports pool and a utility building” and for the performance of the works specified in the contract.

The following development work is carried out as part of the project:

• Construction of a 32x20x2.1 m swimming pool in accordance with FINA regulations, together with the required swimming pool engineering works.
• Stone surface paving around the pool (810 m2)
• Construction of a utility building.
• Replacement and re-routing of existing utilities.
• Construction of the power supply network of the building, spatial lighting around the pool, lightning protection and the IT network.
• Landscaping of the surrounding area and creation of green areas

The performance period for the task is 180 days after the handover of the work site.
